82nd Airborne Division to team up with country music stars for annual holiday concert

The 82nd Airborne Division Band and Chorus perform holiday classics during the December 2018 All American Holiday concert at the Crown Theater in Fayetteville. This year’s concert is scheduled for December 10, 2021.

The 82nd Airborne Division will host their annual free holiday concert at 7 p.m. Friday at the Crown Coliseum.

The 82nd Airborne Band and Chorus will accompany country music recording artists Craig Morgan, Army and 82nd Airborne veteran Michael Ray and Abby Anderson, according to a division press release.

Natalie Stovall, world-renowned violinist and personality of the Grand Ole Opry, is the hostess of the event.

“It has been a difficult year for many and we have asked a lot of our paratroopers and their families,” said Major General Christopher Donahue, commander of the 82nd Airborne Division. “We invited some of the best talent Nashville has to offer to perform alongside our band and our choir as a way to give back to our families for all they have given to the nation.”
