The Barbershop quartet publishes a medley of 25 thematic songs for children
A quartet of British hairdressers released a mix of 25 themed children’s songs. The Ashatones, a group formed at the University of Leeds in 2013, pay homage to classic 1960s themes, including Top Cat, The Flintstones, Scooby doo and Infamous and Mutley, as well as 90s and contemporary tunes like Pokemon and Peppa Pig.
Arranged by Ashatones members Harry Style and Ashley Jacobs, the medley was released as a music video, directed by Eleanor Pead. The video is now available to watch on YouTube or you can purchase the track on Bandcamp, with all proceeds going to Music for Youth, a charity aimed at providing young people with performance opportunities.
